Blue Thyme Fizz

INGREDIENTS

• 60ml Blue Duck Rare Vodka
• 15ml Lemon juice freshly squeezed
• 15ml Simple syrup
• Handful of fresh blueberries
• 1 tsp of fresh thyme
• Soda

METHOD

Muddle blueberries, lemon juice, simple syrup and thyme together until blueberries break down & thyme releases fragrance. Add some ice, shake & strain into highball glass. Pour in vodka & top with soda, stir gently. Garnish with lemon wheel & edible flower.
